Honey Citrus Glazed Salmon
Yield: 4 Portions
Ingredients:
4 Six Ounce Salmon Filets
4 tbsp McCoy’s Orange Blossom Honey
3 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice and Zest of one lime
2 tbsp Orange Juice
Salt and Pepper —To taste
Method:
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place on greased baking pan skin side down. In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over salmon fillets and bake in oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked to desired temperature.
