Spicy Honey Garlic Chicken Wings




Sauce Ingredients:

2 Dozen Wings
1 tbsp Cooking Oil
2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 cup Franks Hot Sauce
1 cup McCoy’s Palmetto Honey
Salt and Pepper

In a large, deep-sided pot, heat several inches of vegetable oil to 350 degrees F. When the oil is heated, dredge the wings in flour, shake off the excess.
Deep Fry the wings until crispy and golden brown, about 10 minutes. While wings are frying, put a sauté pan on the stove on medium high heat. Add Oil and garlic. Sauté until translucent and then add honey and hot sauce. Simmer until sauce thickens. Remove the wings from the oil, pat dry and then toss wings in mixing bowl with sauce mixture to coat. Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing.

Cinnamon Fall Frosting





1 ¼ cup Confectioner’s Sugar
4 oz Room Temperature Butter
1 tbsp McCoy’s Orange Blossom
1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon



In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and blend with electric mixer for 5 minutes.

McCoy’s Honey Mustard





Yield 2 Cup


1 cup Mayo
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup McCoy’s Florida Honey
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Rice Wine Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco

In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and whisk together until well incorporated. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

Honey Citrus Glazed Salmon





Yield: 4 Portions

4 Six Ounce Salmon Filets
4 tbsp McCoy’s Orange Blossom Honey
3 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice and Zest of one lime
2 tbsp Orange Juice
Salt and Pepper —To taste

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place on greased baking pan skin side down. In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over salmon fillets and bake in oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked to desired temperature.
