2 Dozen Wings
1 tbsp Cooking Oil
2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 cup Franks Hot Sauce
1 cup McCoy’s Palmetto Honey
Salt and Peppero
In a large, deep-sided pot, heat several inches of vegetable oil to 350 degrees F. When the oil is heated, dredge the wings in flour, and shake off the excess.
Deep Fry the wings until crispy and golden brown, about 10 minutes. While the wings are frying, put a sauté pan on the stove on medium-high heat. Add Oil and garlic. Sauté until translucent and then add honey and hot sauce. Simmer until the sauce thickens. Remove the wings from the oil, pat dry and then toss the wings in a mixing bowl with the sauce mixture to coat. Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
